Trim all visible fat off meat and place in a zip lock bag. Freeze steak (whole) for 30 minutes before slicing. Remove steak from freezer and cut into 4 inch strips, ½ inch thick. Add all liquid and seasonings in a large bowl and mix well. Pour liquid in a clean zip lock bag and place sliced meat in bag. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Preheat oven to 150-175 F. Line bottom of oven with tin foil. Place marinated steak strips directly on clean oven rack, don't overlap meat. Bake six hours. Jerky is done when meat is dried out, depending on your oven. Store in an airtight container for up to 6 months. Note: Adult supervision is recommended whenever knives are being used.
